My first video


Made a decision

Welcome back readers.
I had originally decided to start Body Beast on February 4, but I cannot wait to start adding muscle, so I have moved my start date to this upcoming Monday. I am going shopping for my rigorous nutrition needs today and plan on doing my absolute best to add as much muscle as I can. This past year has been an incredible ride. I have steadily lost weight the entire year. I started at 199 pounds and i am now hovering around 162 pounds. I am also down from 27% body fat to a mere 11%. I have energy like you wouldn't believe, I eat like it's going outta style, and can do things i couldn't dream of doing a year ago.



This upcoming year has me doing Body Beast, a Warrior Dash, a Tuff Mudder, a sanctioned 10k race, a sanctioned half marathon and maybe, if all goes well, a sanctioned marathon.

I plan on it being a year of unprecedented change. Stay tuned.......

Been Inactive for a while i know....

Hey everyone,
I know, I know, that I haven't blogged in a loooong time. I've just been busy with stuff, ya know? Sorry.



So while I was 'away' Sylvia and I started and completed Brett Hoebel's Rev Abs workout program and we absolutely loved it. I would recommend it for anyone. It is low impact but you will sweat and you will pay the dues police !! I will be posting my before and after pictures when I get a spare moment or two, so please be patient.

Sylvia and I also got engaged, just thought I would throw that in there too. Vegas wedding planned for June. We are both excited and thrilled.

Okay, back to the fitness related stuff.


Sylvia and I had a fantastic time working out together during Rev Abs, but now we have both chosen to do separate workouts. Sylvia has decided to kick ass (literally) with Les Mills Combat, and I have decided to go big with Sagi Kalev's Body Beast.
