Oh well. We are back to it as of today, so its all good.
We start month 2 of Insanity tomorrow morning bright and early, so we had better stick the nutrition guide. We will be upping our caloric intake by probably 300 to 500 calories a day of complex carbs. When every workout has the word MAX in front of it, you gotta assume they are not joking. I am anticipating great changes with month 2.
