Welcome back to LeeBeeFitness' blog about the craziness that is Insanity
Well, yesterday was day 32 of Insanity and our day 5 of our recovery week. This is one of those workouts that when you first do it, you are praying for it to be over, but I have found that on day 5 I was really into it. All guns blazing ! Full Steam ahead. I did the entire workout with only pausing two or three times to catch my breath and grab some water. Although this is technically a recovery week, the name is a misnomer. Your heart rate still gets elevated and you sweat buckets, but you don't do as much jumping around and you must, i repeat must, focus on your core. That in and of itself makes all the difference in this workout.

So, as many of you already know, Sylvia and I have been on vacation form work this past week, and yes, we have been nutritionally bad. We indulged a little bit, but not too much. Sort of a 'get it out of our system' kind of thing. I wont list the indulgences, but they are out of our system now and we can really focus on the magic that is month 2. We are both back on track nutritionally now, and we are looking forward to Month 2 of Insanity starting up on Monday.
We have both seen incredible gains (and losses) with Insanity. I cannot wait to post our before and after photos. You will be amazed, we are !
